Is it safe to shop on your site?
Absolutely.
Pink Satchel places the highest value on your privacy and security. The protection and proper use of your personal information is taken seriously.
Personal information provided on the Web Site and online credit card transactions through Google Checkout are transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL), encryption technology. When the letters http in the URL change to https, the s indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL; also, your browser may give you a pop-up message that you're about to enter a secure area.
Customer information (including e-mail addresses) is not shared with any outside parties. Pink Satchel may only disclose information when you tell us to do so, to identify or contact you, or to protect your rights or the rights of Pink Satchel as required by law.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted through Google Checkout.
How much is shipping?
All orders shipped via UPS ground $10.00 flat rate. On-site pick up available per request prior to ordering an item. Email: info@iluvps.com to arrange. You must pick up your completed order within 7 business days. If you choose "pick up" and you did NOT contact us prior to placing your order, you will be charged an extra $15 processing fee and your order will be shipped via UPS ground. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii incur an additional $25.00. Shipping upgrade is not available at this time. Please note, orders are processed Monday through Friday; UPS does not ship on weekends or holidays.
The color of the item doesn't exactly match what I ordered?
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Why was I able to order an item that wasn't in stock?
Although Pink Satchel makes every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on the site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. These items are handpicked by Jaja B and are limited in quantities. We will notify you via e-mail if an item you ordered is not in stock.
What if my package is lost or stolen or damaged?
Pink Satchel is not responsible for stolen or lost packages when the tracking system of a chosen shipping courier shows that the package was delivered. Pink Satchel is also not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation. The UPS shipping charge includes insurance that covers damage or loss during transportation; therefore, the claim must be filed with UPS.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Pink Satchel can only ship within the United States.
How do I track the shipping of my order?
Your UPS tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once your order has been picked up and scanned by UPS.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please immediately e-mail to: pinksatchelgirl@yahoo.com if you would like to change or cancel your order. If the order has not been shipped, we will gladly process your request.
What is your return policy?
PinkSatchel is committed to customer satisfaction. To ensure that your shopping experience with us is top notch, all items are quality checked prior to shipping. We encourage you to read this before placing an order with PinkSatchel and feel free to contact us with any questions before placing your order. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order or item(s) are manufacturer defect, we will issue you a refund.
ALL SALE ITEMS AND JEWELRY ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Please follow these easy steps when returning an item:
Please notify us via email regarding the item you are returning (pinksatchelgirl@yahoo.com). We will then issue a Return Authorization number which must be written on the outside of your package; without an RA number, your refund will not be processed and package will be shipped back on customer's expense.
Returns must be received within 7 business days of receipt of your shipment from us.
Please include a copy of your PinkSatchel sales receipt with your return.
Returned items must be unused and returned in original packaging. Please note: any items returned that have been found used or has no manufacturer defect, will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Your refund credit will reflect the original purchase cost less our shipping fee.
Costs associated with shipping items back for a return are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We advise you to use a traceable shipping method such as UPS to protect and ensure your returned item(s). We will not accept liability for lost returns that are not traceable.
